A group of aircraft lessors including AerCap, Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE), KDAC, Merx and Falcon 2019-1 have faced their insurers in court over disputed ‘contingent and possessed’ (C&P) coverage, in the latest aviation court management conference ahead of a full trial.
