Axa France to offer restaurateurs EUR300m in BI settlements

Axa France will offer settlements to 15,000 restaurant owners in a bid to resolve disputes over non-damage BI claims via an “unprecedented” national scheme that will cost the carrier around EUR300mn ($360mn).
